This page features links to resources referenced in the Web 2.0 Roundup article that appeared in Today's Catholic Teacher in March 2008.
This Graffiti Board is an example of a virtual interactive whiteboard. Try it out, but please be responsible about what you choose to write here.Click on the 'A' tool button to type text. If you see something on the board that you feel is inappropriate, erase it. Thanks.
Take a tour of Flickr to see what's available.
This is a screenshot of a photo group I use during workshops with educators. We can use the photos here, or export them to VoiceThread or Jing to create presentations there.
Here's a link to Flickr's Creative Commons area where you can find thousands of photos to use in lessons or presentations.
Here's an example of a VoiceThread created using images that were first uploaded to the Flickr group shown above, then imported into VoiceThread.
This VoiceThread shows how a class of 3rd grade students is using VoiceThread in a language arts activity.

When adding a link to a Jing video, you aren't able (at this time) to embed the image as you can with VoiceThread. Instead, you need to post a link when you get the Web address after clicking on Share. Here is a link to a sample Jing video that explains how to edit a page in this wiki.
The image below was captured and annotated in Jing, saved to my computer, and uploaded to the wiki. You can do the same thing and then post images to your class blog, wiki, Web site, etc.
